Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ruston By Ihg

It was very pleasant 1 day, will be back. Liked Ruston, the hotel was nice outside of the holiday inn express. The a double room we stayed in were exceptional with 2 queen beds. The location was ideal and nice, so close to outlet by window, Ruston for work and restaurants.

The Holiday Inn Express offers a spacious and clean environment. The staff provided excellent assistance , especially during the check-in process. The fitness center was well-maintained and open 24 hours, a great benefit for my schedule. The location offered easy access to local dining and shopping options.

Our Executive King Room was super spacious, with a soft bed that's perfect for cozy nights. The modern amenities, like the tv with HBO, kept us entertained when we weren't enjoying the outdoor pool. Plus, the breakfast staff genuinely made our mornings brighter with their friendly chats and delicious offerings like biscuits and gravy!

The pool view provided a relaxing atmosphere for my family. The staff seemed eager to help, despite the hiccups. The breakfast had a decent selection to start our day.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, particularly the great fitness center and the outdoor pool that helped us cool off during the hot summer. While the location was convenient with easy access to shopping and dining, I found the breakfast options to be adequate but not impressive. It was a pleasant experience despite some minor drawbacks.

Neat room, refreshing shower, with a comfortable king suite non-smoking and the convenience of an off-site car park within walking distance to local attractions.

We spent two nights in a standard room and loved that we could easily stroll to the Louisiana Military Museum and Lincoln Parish Museum, making our weekend full of walking and exploring fun sites that were just a quick walk away.

Check-in experience was frustrating, with a two-and-a-half-hour wait for a room that consistently lacked air conditioning, leading to having to switch rooms multiple times. My family was left disappointed, only staying one night instead of two. The room we eventually settled into was spacious and clean, providing comfort for the night. The breakfast options could be improved, as none appealed to us , lacking fresh fruit.

I loved my large room with 2 queen beds. A microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and a refrigerator were available too. the location was ideal, really close to the tournament and various eateries.
